I run a job readiness program for low-income recently arrived Vietnamese immigrants who face a huge myriad of challenges when it comes to succeeding in school, gaining job skills, and becoming self-sufficient. However, almost all of the curriculum we use is in English which makes it inaccessible - and sometimes counterproductive because it intimidates our clients - for some of the students and all of the parents due to limited or non-existing English skills.
